PACO provided professional consulting services related to the cost estimate and capital budget program for the 5-mile Canal Street Streetcar Line.  Additionally, PACO provided configuration management services and implemented its proprietary software, ccsNet, on the project.

Project Overview. Prior to Hurricane Katrina, the New Orleans Regional Transit Authority (NORTA) planned to return streetcars to Canal Street by designing a $180-million extension to stretch from the Canal Street Ferry on the Mississippi River in the Central Business District, through the mid-city area, to the cemeteries and City Park-Delgado Community College.
