PACO serves as the professional services consultant for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department Capital Improvement Program. The services provided are related to and used in connection with active, proposed and design phase construction projects. Specifically, PACO is tasked to provide professional scheduling services and any associated estimating and claims consulting services for Miami International Airport and the five county-owned auxiliary airports, including: Homestead General Aviation Airport, Kendall Tamiami Executive Airport, Opa-Locka Executive Airport and Miami's General Aviation Center.
