PACO health insurance plans provide employees and their dependents access to both medical and dental insurance benefits. PACO maintains responsibility for 100% of each employee's dental insurance and 66% of medical premiums.
Additionally, PACO provides short-term disability benefit plans to assist eligible employees cope with illnesses or injuries that may cause loss of scheduled work time. This program is designed to ensure a continuing income got employees who are disabled or unable to work. Supplemental coverage may be purchased through our outside sponsored carrier. PACO provides long-term disability benefit plans to assist eligible employees cope with injury or illness that causes long-term absences from work.
For the benefit of its employees, PACO has established a 401(k) savings plan to provide employees the potential for financial security after retirement. PACO has elected to match, up to a specific percentage, employee contributions into this program. Employees are eligible to join this program upon employment or any time thereafter and are subject to all terms and conditions of the plan.
