PACO as a subconsutlant to Gannett Fleming, is providing various construction management support services for the rehabilitation of nine Hudson Line Stations (Morris Heights to Greystone) as well as the historic restoration of Yonkers Station

Project Overview. This project will be completed in four phases: Phase I – Construction of a 15-kV duct bank with manholes and cables at Glenwood Station.  Phase II – Construction of the northern half of the outbound platform at Yonkers Station; Track 1 at Main Street and Dock Street viaducts and Spuyten Duyvil Station; Construction of  Track 1 at Wells Avenue and Ashburton Avenue viaducts.  Phase III – Construction of temporary ticket office and elevator  at Yonkers Station and construction of new inbound overpass foundations at the Riverdale, Glenwood and Greystone Stations.  Phase IV – Construction of the northern half of the Glenwood outbound platform; Track 3 Main Street and Dock Street viaducts; Greystone and Ludlow outbound platform; southern half of the Riverdale outbound platform; The concourse, boiler room and electrical room at Yonkers Station; Construction of the southern half of the Glenwood outbound platform; Track 3 Wells Avenue and Ashburton Avenue viaduct; and the northern half of the Riverdale outbound platform.
