Our full-time real estate professionals are experts in right-of-way coordination, property research and analysis, appraisal, negotiations, public hearings, acquisition, condemnation, and relocation assistance.  These services are provided to support surveying and mapping, engineering design, and environmental analysis, and for acquisition through legal procedures.

In Right-of-Way coordination, collaborating with all partners in the project development process is essential. Our professionals have experience on large scale Right-of-Way projects, and are fully capable of providing coordination services that expedite projects in a manner that maintains compliance with your policies and procedures, and with all applicable Federal, State and local regulations. Providing acquisition input during the design phase of the project is paramount to a more streamlined project management process.  Our professionals will meet with design engineers and other partners to understand the Right-of-Way needs for the specific project. Our goal is to facilitate an on-time and on-budget completion, with the highest quality standards.
