PACO has been tasked to provide Configuration Management services on the National Highways Network project as a subconsultant to AECOM. In 2009 PACO successfully implemented its proprietary software ccsNet as part of the Contract Control System.

Project Overview. The National Highways Network Project is a major infrastructure project that consists of the enhancement and development of the existing network of highways. 471 kilometers of new and improved highways are planned in three phases, with Phase I encompassing 201.5 kilometers in six work packages. AECOM has been selected to provide Program Management Consultancy Services to advance and implement Phase I, which is valued at $2.44 billion for the cost of construction.
