PACO Group, Inc is an innovative, project management consulting firm specializing in project controls and configuration management. We are seeking Project Controls Manager for infrastructure projects (rail, bridge, tunnel, aviation etc.) in various regions across the United States.  This position will be responsible for controlling project cost, schedules, document management and other relevant aspects from project start up to completion/

The successful candidate must be experienced with infrastructure projects, preferably: transit, rail, aviation and must demonstrate:

• Ability to integrate project control principles with the management of multimillion dollar projects from planning and design through construction.
• Skill in the implementation and supervision of control system development and execution, including: field cost reporting, trend analysis, change control, engineering and construction progress measurement, planning and scheduling, resource optimization, dispute resolution and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all project baselines
• Forecast Costs
• Measure cost performance against budget
• Review and process change orders
• Integrate contractor and overall schedules configure and coordinate reporting
• Manage the document control process
  

Requirements

• Minimum 10-15 years experience.
• Familiarity with government and agency requirements.
• BS/BA in engineering, preferably civil.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
• Computer literate, including: project controls software applications, spreadsheets and database programs.
• Knowledge of principles and practices of estimating, scheduling and project controls.
• PE license desirable.
  

The position may require a valid driver’s license and good driving record.  PACO Group is an EOE/AA employer.
