Second Avenue Subway

PACO, as part of the program management team, is responsible for providing program and project planning, design support, cost control, cost management, cost estimating, contract administration, project administration, CADD support and right-of-way services for the Second Avenue Subway project.  PACO has also provided project procurement services including the development of a project procurement plan that defined an approach, organizational responsibilities, goals and  deliverables.

Project Overview. The Second Avenue Subway will include a two-track line running along Second Avenue from 125th Street to the Financial District in Lower Manhattan.  Also, a connection from Second Avenue through the 63rd Street tunnel to existing tracks for service to West Midtown and Brooklyn will be developed along with 16 new ADA accessible stations.
