Yankee Stadium Area City Works

PACO as a sub-consultant to the program management team, developed and implemented the interactive project website, which provides a secure informational forum for the public and a secure project management site to exchange information.  PACO also retained responsibility for Document Control procedures, maintaining a library of drawings, specifications as part of the project electronic file database.  As part of IT consulting services, PACO remained responsible for the administration and maintenance of the website.

Project Overview. As the Program Manager for the Yankee Stadium Area - City Works project by the New York City Economic Development Corporation, Tishman/AECOM address multiple construction coordination, scheduling, traffic and pedestrian planning, mapping of utility upgrades/relocations, strategic planning and leadership tasks that are required for the overall implementation of concurrent and adjacent large construction projects in this dense urban environment.
