PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The Lehman College Computer Center project focused on facility expansions and accessibility improvements across multiple buildings, including the addition of new computer and academic spaces as well as comprehensive ADA upgrades. The work involved expanding the existing structure by infilling portions of the first-floor plaza while maintaining an open central area, and constructing new facilities such as a computer center, staff offices, conference rooms, classrooms, and dedicated computer room spaces to support evolving technological needs.

In parallel, the project addressed accessibility enhancements by upgrading 107 bathrooms across fourteen buildings and installing two new elevators in separate locations. These improvements were aimed at ensuring compliance with accessibility standards while modernizing the overall functionality and usability of the campus facilities.

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
