The project involved the development of a two-mile section of Hudson River Park designed to celebrate the maritime identity of the Hudson River, strengthen the connection between the city and waterfront, and create a range of public spaces from intimate gathering areas to large-scale recreational environments. Services included cost estimating, construction management, scheduling, inspection, and configuration management to support the successful delivery of the waterfront park project, which received the AIA New York State Award of Merit and was recognized as a Waterfront Conference Featured Project.
