PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The project Miami-Dade Parks and Recreation project consisted of the planning, design, and construction of multiple parks and recreation facilities throughout Miami-Dade County as part of the County’s Ten-Year Capital Improvement Program. The program encompassed a diverse portfolio of projects at varying stages of development, including new facility construction, renovations, upgrades, and site improvements intended to enhance public recreational spaces and community amenities.

Due to the scale and duration of the program, the project required careful coordination of design and construction activities across numerous sites, integration of multiple contractors and stakeholders, and ongoing monitoring of schedules to maintain alignment with long-term capital planning objectives. The program was implemented through phased construction and ongoing progress reviews to ensure facilities were delivered in a timely manner while meeting County standards and community needs.

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
