The intent of the project was to substantially upgrade the existing infrastructure and terminal facilities at the Elizabeth peninsula. The scope included: terminals developments/ relocations, purchase and installation of Post-Panamax cranes, construction of new and upgrade of existing crane rails and wharfs, demolition and construction of buildings, construction of new entrygates and relocation of the existing express rail at the facilities.The scope also included construction of a flyover for grade separation at McLester Street.
