PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

This project involves providing on-call construction management and inspection services across multiple Port Authority projects in New York and New Jersey. The work focuses on supporting the planning, design, and execution of infrastructure improvements by ensuring that designs are practical, constructible, and aligned with operational requirements. Early-phase efforts include constructability and biddability reviews during design development to identify risks, improve construction approaches, and minimize potential disruptions to ongoing facility operations.

During construction, the project emphasizes comprehensive oversight of quality, safety, schedule, and cost performance. This includes developing detailed construction schedules, supporting staging strategies to maintain operations, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements. The program also supports contract administration, change management, and claims analysis to ensure projects are delivered efficiently while maintaining accountability and control throughout the construction lifecycle

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
