PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

This project supports the World Trade Center (WTC) Retail Program, which includes a complex network of retail concourses and spaces distributed across multiple below-grade and above-grade levels. The effort focuses on preparing retail areas for final delivery and tenant occupancy, while ensuring that construction activities, design elements, and operational requirements are aligned with stakeholder expectations. The program includes retail spaces, kiosks, advertising displays, and areas designated for special events, all integrated within a high-profile, multi-use development.

The work emphasizes construction oversight, stakeholder coordination, and transition planning from construction to operations. Key priorities include monitoring progress toward major milestones, supporting negotiations related to agreements and retail operations, ensuring sustainability compliance, and resolving design and construction conflicts. The project also involves coordinating closeout documentation, facilitating asset turnover, and ensuring that retail spaces and associated systems are fully prepared for occupancy and long-term operation.

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
