The Delta Air Lines Terminal C & D Expansion project at LaGuardia Airport focused on major upgrades to modernize and enhance the passenger experience across both terminals. The work included modifications to pre-security areas and the construction of a 630foot enclosed pedestrian bridge connecting Terminals C and D, improving circulation and connectivity within the airport.

Terminal C underwent a significant transformation that included a full interior gut renovation and the conversion of the former US Airways lounge into a Delta Sky Club. Additional improvements included the introduction of 13 chef-driven dining options, expansion of the central security checkpoint from three lanes to six, and comprehensive updates to interior finishes, color schemes, and directional signage to create a more efficient and contemporary terminal environment.
