Sea View Hospital Rehabilitation Center & Home is a long-term care facility located in Staten Island’s Greenbelt section. The hospital was part of the NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation, accommodating 304 residents.
PACOTech, as a subconsultant to DMJM+Harris/ARUP Joint Venture, provided cost estimating services and Specification Writing for a major expansion of the hospital’s HVAC plant and renovation of various existing hospital facilities to accommodate the new HVAC distribution system.
