PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

This project supports the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) in delivering construction and development initiatives across its transit system within the WMATA Compact Region. The effort focuses on providing construction management and engineering support for projects led by the Office of Joint Development and Adjacent Construction (JDAC) and Adjacent and Task Order Construction (ATOC), ensuring effective coordination across multiple project sites and stakeholders.

The work emphasizes comprehensive project oversight to maintain schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives. Key priorities include managing complex construction activities, supporting adjacent development projects, and ensuring seamless integration with ongoing transit operations. The program has been successfully executed with strong performance, maintaining progress on schedule and within budget

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
