This project provides on-call support for the implementation and advancement of a centralized Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) program across multiple Port Authority facilities and operational departments. The effort focuses on aligning asset management practices with ISO 55000 standards and industry best practices to improve operational efficiency, lifecycle management, and longterm asset performance. The program spans a diverse portfolio of infrastructure assets, including airports, bridges, tunnels, transit systems, and maintenance divisions.

The work emphasizes enhancing asset governance, maintenance strategies, and data-driven decision-making across the agency. Key priorities include supporting system-wide integration of asset management tools, improving data quality, and ensuring consistency in asset tracking and reporting. The program is designed to strengthen operational performance, optimize resource allocation, and ensure sustainable, long-term management of critical infrastructure assets.
