PACO Group was selected as a prime consultant to provide on call support for a range of tactical, operational, strategic and transformational support services related to facility operations and the implementation of a centralized Enterprise Asset Management (“EAM”) Program in compliance with ISO 55000 and best practices at various line departments and/or facilities and meeting the agency’s EAM goals and objectives.
The facilities and line departments include but are not limited to, John F. Kennedy International Airport, George Washington Bridge, Port Authority Bus Terminal, Lincoln Tunnel, Port Newark, Port Authority Trans-Hudson Rail Transit System, Central Automotive Division and the Engineering Department.
The services include but are not limited to overtime analysis, best practices in various elements of facility operations, and support of operations programs on an as needed basis, providing support for governance, asset management plans, maintenance and asset management elements as required to implement and maintain the long-term viability of the EAM Program. Services include, but are not limited to, data gathering; data scrubbing; coordination with system implementations in asset management systems such as IBM Maximo, Asset Works Fleet Focus (“VAMMS”) and Asset Works M5 utilized by Central Automotive Division (“CAD”); and support for interfacing with agency systems such as Cognos (the “Enterprise Reporting Tool”) as needed.
