PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

This project provides on-call construction management services supporting multiple NJ Transit capital projects across the State of New Jersey. The work focuses on ensuring that projects are effectively planned, executed, and monitored from design through construction, with particular emphasis on constructability, schedule compliance, and cost control. Early-phase efforts include reviewing design documents to identify potential risks, ambiguities, or gaps that could lead to change orders or delays.

During construction, the project emphasizes comprehensive oversight of contractor performance, including schedule validation, cost evaluation, and field inspection to ensure compliance with contract documents, codes, and regulations. Strong attention is given to managing change orders, tracking project costs, reviewing contractor invoices, and supporting claims resolution, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with contractual and financial requirements.

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
