PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The project involved demolition of an existing 10,000-square-foot office and warehouse building and construction of a new 26,000 square-foot covered salt storage facility in Brooklyn to support New York City Department of Sanitation winter operations. The facility, designed to store up to 13,000 tons of rock salt, was strategically located near major transportation corridors including the Brooklyn Queens Expressway, Flushing Avenue, Metropolitan Avenue, Grand Street, and Broadway to improve operational readiness and expedite loading of salt spreaders during winter storm events.

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
