This project consisted of the design, development and implementation of a new client/server based, Capital Program Management System (CPMS). The new system was developed using Oracle Financials and included modules for planning and budgeting, Grant Accounting and Program Funding, a Project Information Depository, and Contract Accounting and Third Party Payments.
