The Construction management and related technical services were provided to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) as a subconsultant to Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) at John F. Kennedy International Airport under multiple agreements. The effort focused on delivering comprehensive oversight and engineering support across a broad range of airport infrastructure projects, ensuring that construction activities adhered to designrequirements, safety standards, and operational needs.
The work included multi-discipline engineering and construction management services within active airport environments, covering terminals, parking garages, elevated roadways, and utility infrastructure. Emphasis was placed on coordination, inspection, and performance monitoring during complex construction operations, including demolition activities and traffic management, to maintain continuous airport operations while implementing critical improvements.
