PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The Tren Urbano Upgrade and Rehabilitation Program supports the
modernization of Puerto Rico’s 10.7-mile rapid transit system, which
serves the San Juan metropolitan area through 16 stations. The program
includes the rehabilitation and upgrade of critical rail infrastructure and
systems, including traction power, communications, signaling, stations,
and guideway assets. A key component of the program is a major
electrification initiative that will modernize power distribution and
related systems to improve service reliability, operational efficiency, and
long-term system resiliency. These investments are intended to extend
the useful life of the transit network, reduce maintenance needs, and
enhance the passenger experience across one of the Caribbean’s most
significant public transportation systems, representing an overall
investment of approximately $3 billion.

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
