PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP), led by the Gateway Development Corporation (GDC), is a critical infrastructure initiative that will improve reliability, capacity, and resiliency along the Northeast Corridor by constructing a new two -track rail tunnel beneath the Hudson River between New Jersey and New York. The project also includes the rehabilitation of the existing North River Tunnel, ensuring long -term service reliability for both Amtrak and NJ TRANSIT operations. PACO serves as a subconsultant to the Mace –Parsons –Arcadis team .

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
