PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The LaGuardia Airport Transit Extension study evaluated the feasibility of extending existing Manhattan subway service to LaGuardia Airport to improve regional mobility and airport accessibility. The project included assessments of projected ridership demand, revenue generation, capital investment needs, and long-term operating and maintenance costs, along with preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to analyze environmental, socioeconomic, and land use impacts and identify mitigation measures to support future planning and decision-making.

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
