PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

PACO Group, serving as Prime consultants to the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority (TBTA), provided cost estimating services for the Triborough Bridge complex, a critical transportation link connecting Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx. Originally opened in 1936, the facility comprises three major bridges, a viaduct, and approximately 14 miles of approach roadways that connect to key regional corridors, including the Harlem River Drive, FDR Drive, Bruckner Expressway, Deegan Expressway, Grand Central Parkway, and the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway.

The three bridge branches converge on Randall’s Island, where an interchange and two toll plazas manage traffic movements in 12 directions and provide access to the island. The project scope also included associated pedestrian infrastructure, such as the pedestrian bridge connecting 103rd Street in Manhattan to Wards Island. PACO’s cost estimating services supported the evaluation and planning of this complex, multi-structure transportation facility.

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
