PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The North Terminal Program at Miami International Airport was a large-scale, long-term construction effort undertaken to prepare the airport for significant growth in future travel demand. Serving as the primary hub for American Airlines’ Latin American operations, the program focused on modernizing and expanding airport infrastructure to improve passenger capacity, operational efficiency, and overall travel experience.

The program consolidated multiple existing terminals and concourses—A, B, C, and D—into a single, unified North Terminal complex. Spanning approximately 1.3 miles and encompassing 3.6 million square feet of new construction and renovations, the project included 50 contact gates, airline ticket offices and counters, departure lounges, immigration and naturalization service facilities, expanded concessions, a new baggage handling system, and a rooftop automated people mover system, creating a state-of-the-art gateway for international and domestic travelers.
