PACO Group provided expert project management and project controls support to the Port Authority on an as-needed basis across facilities throughout the Port District. PACO supported the Authority’s capital programs by assisting with the planning, coordination, and scheduling of design and construction oversight activities, helping ensure projects were delivered in a timely and well-coordinated manner in accordance with Authority objectives and requirements.

Through this engagement, PACO strengthened the Authority’s project delivery framework by supporting process improvements, technical analysis, staff augmentation, and reporting functions. PACO also assisted with knowledge transfer and training and provided ongoing support to enhance visibility into project performance and decision-making. These efforts helped improve consistency, efficiency, and overall effectiveness across the Authority’s programs and projects.
