The World Trade Center (WTC) Transportation Hub is an approximately 800,000-square-foot transit facility in Lower Manhattan and one of the largest transportation centers in New York City. Designed by architect Santiago Calatrava, the project features an underground train station with a large open mezzanine located beneath the National September 11 Memorial Plaza. This mezzanine connects to the iconic above-ground Oculus, situated between 2 and 3 World Trade Center, as well as to an extensive network of public concourses beneath the surrounding towers.

The transportation hub provides critical connections between the PATH system and the New York City Subway, linking passengers to multiple subway lines throughout Lower Manhattan, including access via the Fulton Center. In addition to its transportation functions, the facility incorporates approximately 365,000 squares feet of retail space within the Westfield World Trade Center mall, integrating transit, commercial activity, and public space into a single, landmark destination.
