PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The Denver Union Station redevelopment transformed the city’s 125year-old historic station into a modern multimodal transportation hub in downtown Denver. The project rehabilitated the station to support light rail and commuter rail service, including Amtrak and the Ski Train, while integrating RTD buses, shuttles, future circulator connections, and other transportation modes such as taxis, bicycles, and pedestrian access. The work balanced historic preservation with infrastructure upgrades to meet current and future transit needs.

The project also included approximately 2 million square feet of mixed-use development, consisting of residential units, commercial office space, retail, restaurant, and entertainment uses, as well as structured parking. In addition, new public plazas, walkways, and pedestrian connections were constructed around Union Station and the Market Street Station, enhancing urban connectivity and creating vibrant public spaces. Together, these improvements reestablished Union Station as a central transportation, commercial, and civic destination.

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
