PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The project includes the replacement of several key bridge structures in the City of New Rochelle, Westchester County, New York, including the Memorial Highway Bridge over I-95 and the Metro-North Railroad New Haven Division (BIN 1091380), the Division Street Bridge over I-95 (BIN 1091390), and the Division Street crossing over the Metro-North Railroad New Haven Division (BIN 1049890). These bridges carry critical transportation making them vital links for regional vehicular and commuter rail traffic.

In addition to the bridge replacements, the project provides consultant inspection services for the rehabilitation of the connecting ramp from Memorial Highway to Division Street (BIN 1091400). The work involves the use of high-performance concrete, Superpave asphalt, extensive coordination with railroad operations, utility relocations, drainage improvements, street lighting, guiderail installation, and pavement markings. The complexity of the project is driven by construction over and adjacent to active highway and rail corridors, requiring detailed coordination and sequencing to ensure safety, continuity of service, and long-term infrastructure performance.

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
