The Euclid Corridor Improvement Project (ECIP) involved the design and construction of a 5.6-mile bus rapid transit corridor along Euclid Avenue in Cleveland, incorporating exclusive transit lanes, roadway and streetscape improvements, and enhanced transit accessibility project also included relocation and renovation of Red Line rail stations to support economic development, improve connectivity to surrounding neighborhoods and employment centers, reconfiguration of key downtown rights-of-way to improve traffic circulation, establishment of a dedicated Transit Zone to enhance bus operations and transfers, and implementation of new community-oriented transit services within adjacent empowerment zones.
