Areas USA Inc. implemented a contract and partner relationship management initiative to support administration of more than 40 vendor agreements associated with its 30-year concession to operate all eight Florida Turnpike service areas. The program focused on improving organization, tracking, and management of vendor relationships and contract documentation from preplanning and vendor selection through contract execution in support of long-term food, beverage, and retail operations expected to generate more than $4.5 billion in concession sales and create approximately 1,500 jobs.
