The Miami Mover project involved the development of an Automated Guideway Transit (AGT) system connecting Miami International Airport (MIA) with the Miami Intermodal Center (MIC). The system was designed to improve passenger mobility, reduce terminal area traffic congestion, and provide seamless connections between airport facilities, rental car operations, commuter rail services, and regional park-and-ride transportation systems.
