PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

PACO provided Value Engineering Services for the Renovation/ Adaptive Reuse of the General Post Office Building and the new Federal Court complex on Tillary and Adams Streets in Downtown Brooklyn.

This two-component project had a new Eastern District courthouse on the north side of Tillary Street, that provided 12 district courtrooms, five magistrate courtrooms and chambers for 17 judges as well as the adaptive reuse of the former General Post Office on the south side of Tillary Street.

Originally constructed as a federal courthouse, this landmark building was restored and houses courtrooms and offices for the United States Bankruptcy Court, headquarters for the United States Attorney for the Eastern District, and a retail branch of the U.S. Postal Service.
