PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The Cruise Passenger Terminal at the Miami Seaport was renovated to add more than 200,000 square feet of additional space and a new 350car parking garage. This $76 million renovation project is part of a larger modernization of the Port of Miami, originally established in the early 1900s.

The new state-of-the-art terminal provides seamless travel from the passengers’ hometown airport to their cabin buses and cruise ships with a single ticket. The new terminal incorporates airline service, automobile rental, and automated baggage handling.
