PACO Group has been providing professional TAA review services to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) for more than 15 years.
Our firm brings a wide variety of experience on Port Authority tenant construction projects and programs, including on Newark International Airport Redevelopment, Delta Airlines Terminals C & D Expansion at LaGuardia Airport, LaGuardia Central Terminal B Redevelopment, and has been performing construction management services at John F Kennedy International Airport for the past 10 years.
Under our TAA review services contract with PANYNJ, tasks performed by PACO included, but were not limited to:
- Analyzed and reviewed drawings, specifications, reports, etc. to identify and address Federal, State, and Local code deficiencies.
- Addressed review comments from various technical disciplines with the Port Authority, proposed/existing tenants as well as other stakeholders;
- Prepared comprehensive memoranda to transmit comments to Authority facility managers; and
- Attended meetings with tenant’s consultants to discuss comments and resolve code issues.
