PACO provided scheduling and cost estimation services on the MultiYear Mayor’s Capital Improvement Plan to improve Miami’s transportation network, part of a larger effort to modernize and bring new life to South Florida.
The portion of the CIP dedicated to Miami-Dade’s air transit network was intended to vastly improve the aesthetic quality of the dated airports and make dramatic improvements to security for a faster and more comfortable experience.
PACO provided professional scheduling services and associated estimating and claims consulting services for Miami International Airport and five County-owned auxiliary airports: Miami-Opa-Iocka Executive Airport, Miami Kendall-Tamiami Executive Airport, Miami Homestead General Aviation Airport, Dade-Collier Training and Transition Airport, and Miami’s General Aviation Center.
