PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

PACO provided contract administration, cost control, document management, audit support services, QA & QC, claims resolution, scheduling, change control and configuration management during the construction of Puerto Rico’s $2 billion rail transit system.

The San Juan Metropolitan Region Rapid Transit, known as “Tren Urbano” is the regional rail transit system in San Juan, Puerto Rico. A Design-Build-Operate-Maintain (DBOM) approach was used for project delivery.

Phase I provided service from Bayamon to Santurce via Rio Pedras and Hato Rey. It consists of 17.2-kilometers of double-track, fixed guide way rail line, 14 stations, a rail yard with maintenance shops, rail vehicles, power distribution, traction power, track work, communications, and the control system. The alignment combines at-grade, elevated, below-grade (open-cut) and underground structures
