PACO provided Critical Path Method Scheduling, Cost Estimating, Cost Control and Value Engineering services on the Wall Street Esplanade and Ferry Pier project located in downtown Manhattan. Spanning a 4year period and under the direction of the New York City Economic Development Corporation this project was a key part in the revitalization of lower Manhattan.

The Wall Street Esplanade and Ferry Pier project involved the complete demolition and replacement of Pier 11 in the Borough of Manhattan’s South Street Seaport area. The scope of work included the temporary relocation and maintenance of the ferry and vessel operations during the construction of a new pier, ferry terminal facilities, waiting rooms, upland esplanade, and accommodations for tourists, bicycle paths, park areas, and pedestrian esplanade.
