PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The NYCT Signals and Train Control Program is a major capital initiative focused on modernizing New York City’s subway signal and train control systems to improve safety, reliability, capacity, and operational efficiency. The program includes the implementation of advanced technologies such as Communications-Based Train Control (CBTC), Automatic Train Supervision (ATS), and Solid State Interlocking (SSI) across multiple subway lines. Delivered within an active transit environment, the work involves extensive construction oversight, system integration, testing, and quality management to ensure new infrastructure meets performance requirements and supports the long-term modernization of the transit network

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
