PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

This project involved providing construction management and inspection services across multiple New York City transit projects, supporting both pre-construction planning and active construction phases. During pre-construction, the focus was on evaluating design documents, assessing constructability, developing independent cost estimates, and supporting procurement activities to ensure projects were well-defined and ready for execution.

During construction, the work centered on maintaining project control through schedule oversight, cost verification, field inspections, and coordination with concurrent projects. Emphasis was placed on managing changes, resolving RFIs, and ensuring quality and compliance throughout the construction lifecycle. The project also included closeout activities to confirm completion, finalize inspections, and support documentation required for project turnover

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
