PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

This project focused on delivering recruitment and sourcing research services to support the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in filling highly specialized technical, operations, and maintenance roles. The effort addressed both active and passive talent markets, targeting hard-to-source professionals across critical functions such as engineering, environmental specialties, and systems management. A structured completion. The work included developing comprehensive project management plans, defining scope, schedule, and budget, and supporting procurement processes through the preparation of RFQs and RFPs. Emphasis was placed on ensuring that design proposals aligned with project requirements while maintaining consistency across all stages of development.

In addition, the effort supported program management functions through detailed document coordination, technical reviews, and stakeholder communication. This included managing contract documentation processes, preparing reports and cost estimates, and maintaining accurate project records. Additional responsibilities included conducting constructability and bid-ability reviews, supporting technical presentations, and assisting with responses to external inquiries, ensuring projects were executed efficiently and transparently.

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
