PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

PACO Technologies, in a three-way equal partnership with FR Harris and O’Brien Kreitzberg, served as the prime consultants for segment 4 of the Hudson River Park. This section, also known as the Park’s Greenwich Village Segment, was the first entirely new section of Hudson River Park and stretches across more than nine and one-half acres of dry land and three piers, from Clarkson Street to Jane Street. It is linked to the rest of Hudson River Park, as well as the Battery, Battery Park City and Riverside Park along the Route 9A Greenway, which was constructed by the State Department of Transportation.

The park includes sunning lawns, a display fountain, two comfort stations, a dog run, food concessions, and magnificent display garden donated by the Garden Club of America.

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
