PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The MTA Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) Penn Station Platform and Stair Improvements project focused on upgrading critical passenger infrastructure within one of the busiest transit hubs in the United States. The work included the refurbishment and replacement of existing platform stairs, along with broader platform-level improvements to enhance safety, accessibility, and passenger circulation within Penn Station.

As part of the larger LIRR Concourse initiative, the project also incorporated significant ADA and customer experience enhancements. These improvements included the construction of a new elevator entrance, replacement of multiple existing elevators, and upgrades to station environments such as widened corridors, increased ceiling heights, improved lighting and airflow, and enhanced retail spaces to modernize and improve the overall passenger experience.

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
