PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The project supported the development of Miami-Dade County’s Long-Range Transportation Plan (LRTP), a required planning document that identifies transportation needs and priorities over a 20-year horizon. The plan establishes regional transportation goals and includes both funded and unfunded projects to address the County’s growing mobility demands amid limited available revenues.

As part of the effort, approximately 200 transportation projects were evaluated to develop a prioritized and financially constrained list for inclusion in the 2025 County Transportation Plan. The evaluation considered project feasibility, funding sources, stakeholder priorities, development phase, and cost and delivery risks to support selection of projects with the greatest potential for successful implementation.

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
