PACO serves as the linchpin that keeps construction projects on track and ensures successful outcomes. Here we showcase projects that are either ongoing, or that have been executed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The project involved the planning and development of a 35-mile regional rail transit system for the Triangle Transit Authority (TTA) serving Durham, Research Triangle Park, Cary, Raleigh, Apex, and North Raleigh. The system was designed to operate diesel rail vehicles on existing railroad rights-of-way, supported by park-andride facilities, to improve regional connectivity and reduce roadway congestion, with projected ridership of approximately 28,000 daily passengers by 2025.

The project also included a coordinated multimodal transit plan featuring expanded regional and express bus services, new routes serving smaller communities, and   shuttle and feeder   bus connections to future rail stations. Existing local bus services were integrated with the rail system to provide seamless connections and enhance overall regional mobility.

The PACO Group team gathers around a conference table to discuss strategies.
