This project supports a large-scale, multi-billion-dollar capital improvement program at Miami International Airport aimed at modernizing and expanding airport infrastructure to meet future passenger and cargo demand. The 15-year program focuses on enhancing operational capacity, improving passenger experience, and positioning the airport for long-term growth through a series of coordinated redevelopment and expansion initiatives.
The program is structured into multiple sub-programs that include terminal redevelopments, concourse expansions, gate renovations to accommodate a wider range of aircraft, development of new hotel and landside facilities, and expansion of cargo and aircraft parking infrastructure. Together, these efforts are designed to improve efficiency, increase capacity, and support the airport’s role as a major international transportation hub.
